With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Wilmot Spencer of Cocoa Beach, Florida, who passed away on January 31, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Neil C. Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Neil R. Spencer (Jacquie) of Cocoa Beach, Randolph Spencer of Wichita, KS, Anne Spencer of Cocoa Beach, Kathleen Avis (George) of Rockledge, Steven Spencer (Lynn) of Merritt Island and Marian Stafford (Kevin) of Cocoa Beach; her grandchildren, Rachelle Sanchez (Pete), Matthew Spencer, Laurene Thompson (Tony), Shelby Harvey (Ben), Carrie Kerr (Brock), Neil C. Spencer II, Kory Stafford and Samuel Spencer; and her great grandchildren, Stella, Luca Sanchez, Hannah and Addison Kerr.
