She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Michael Thompson and Helen (Gąsior); her husband John Schnitzius (NJ); and her brother Tom Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Schnitzius (Kim), Danielle Schnitzius Norwood (Charlie) and Mark Schnitzius (Marjorie); her grandchildren, Abi Schnitzius, Livia Schnitzius, Bryce Schnitzius, Chaeli Norwood Harden (Kevin) and Chase Norwood; and her great grandchild Kix Harden.
In lieu of flowers her family asks that donations be made in Loretta's name to the Cancer Center of Merritt Island.
