He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Harris and Mary Lois Williams (Fogleman). He is survived by: his wife Mary Maxine Williams (Russ); his sons, David Niehaus and James Stadler; his siblings, Dwight Harris Williams Jr., John Dennis Williams, Betty Ann Heninger and Sandy Faye Williams; and his great grandchild Many. He is also survived by Many nieces & nephews.
