He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Doris E. Wagonon Hall. He is survived by: his children, Derek Hall (Crystal Hendry) of Clewiston, Amber Hall (Lawrence) of Clewiston and Sarah Hall of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Kevin Hall of Arkansas and Tami Hall of Arkansas. He is also survived by many extended family members and family friends.
