He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Pratt and Cleo Pratt; and his siblings, Beatrice Ricks, John Gann, Linda Stiles and Carolyn Keller.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Howard Pratt; his sons, Donald Dwayne Pratt (Rene' Curtis Pratt) and Howard Scott Pratt (Bonnie Pratt); his grandchildren, Kyndel Murray (Adam Murray), Nathan Pratt (Stefanie Pratt), Lucas Pratt (Krystie Pratt), Darron Cooper (Charlene Cooper) and Chris Cooper; his great grandchildren, Lane, Madison, Kaelyn, Caden, Gunnar, Lilly and Rylie; and his sister Rebecca Young (Bill). He is also survived by family and many friends.
