He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Wellbaum and Mary Margaret Wellbaum; and his brother Randy Wellbaum. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Lee Wellbaum of San Francisco, CA, Terri Schiavello (Jay) of Oakland, MD, Tammi Sue Wellbaum of Clermont, FL and Trisha Lynn Wellbaum of Indianapolis, IN; and his brothers, Bill Wellbaum (Jill) and Jim Wellbaum (Sharon) of DeGraff, OH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
