She is survived by: her husband Ricky Collins; her son Nicholas Self, Sr. (Katherine); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jr., Madison and Alexander Self; her great grandchild Beckett Self; her sisters, Debra Ryan (Michael) and Dorothy Dubnicka-Burkhalter; and her pet Arrow. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
