He is survived by: his wife Patricia Russell (Flagg); his children, Kevin Russell (Lynn) and Ann Otterson (John); his siblings, Richard Russell (Judi) and Bonnie Ostermeier; his siblings-in-law, Robert Flagg (Joanne) and Debbie Jo Gonzales (Flagg); and his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Emily, Claire, Lauren, Samantha and Noah.
