He was predeceased by: his parents, William Welch and Rose Welch; and his brothers, Jeremiah "Jerry" Welch, Charles "Junior" Welch and WIlliam "Roy" Welch.
He is survived by: his cousin Vinny; his wife Valerie Welch; and his grandson Darius Moore.
