He is survived by: his children, Carol Welch (Norman) and Edward Resteghene (Rosanne); his grandchildren, Matt Welch, Karen DiGiacomo (Mark), Amy Brill (Mike), Annette Quick (John), Natalie Resteghene (Jeff Stephenson) and Andrea Newman (Eric); his great grandchildren, Justin Alpine (Alex), Ayden Welch, Teigan Welch, Logan DiGiacomo, Conner DiGiacomo, Sarah DiGiacomo, Maggie Brill, Emma Brill, Kate Quick, Matt Quick, Dan Quick, Audrey Stephenson, Sarah Stephenson, Ryan Stephenson, Lily Newman, Emma Newman and Izzy Newman; and his great great grandchildren, Aiden Crump and Tatum Alpine.
