He was predeceased by: his parents, David Mitchell and Irene Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Marie "Toogie" Canum Mitchell; his daughters, Myra Hicks (Jerry Hicks), Gina Hill (Ken Hill) and Connie Sherman (David Sherman) of Tallahassee, Florida; and his granddaughters, Kasen Hicks and Hailey Borras.
