He is survived by: his wife Frances Marie Morel of Chipley, FL; his son William Eugene Morel Jr.; his stepchildren, Jeffery Lee O'Pvy (Michelle) and Tammy Bevis (Andy); and his siblings, Gene Morel, Ralph Broxton, James Hicks, Dennis Morel and Luvel Watson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
