She was predeceased by: her mother Elouise Tuberville (Dunn); her son John David Wallace; and her brother William Tuberville. She is survived by: her father Henry Tuberville; her husband Eric Hawk of Chipley, FL; her children, Anthony Dunbar of Chipley, FL and Chiquita Laramore (Paul) of Marianna, FL; and her sisters, Kathy Mills of Greenville, AL, Cindy Hall of Greenville, AL and Jenny Neese of Greenville, AL. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
