She was predeceased by: her husband William Earl Holmes; her son Wayne Radney Padgett; and her siblings, Katie Wright, Grace Childs, Martha Talley and Cecil Radney.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnna Padgett Strickland (Dan) and Patrick Padgett (Julia); her daughter-in-law Jane Padgett; her grandchildren, Laura Williams, Traci Fuglestad (Ray), Leslie Broe, Shannon Padgett, Chance Padgett, Trevor Padgett (Noy) and Tricia Barnett (Joshua); her stepgrandchildren, Dan Strickland (Suzanne) and Dallas Strickland (Jennifer); her close friends, John Clemons, Cherry Clemons, Steve Joiner and Cindy Joiner; and her nephews, Marshall Talley (Ruth) and Cecil Talley.
