It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Otis Sowell (Chipley, Florida), who passed away on March 25, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sowell and Gladys "Ellis" Sowell; and his brother Johnny Sowell. He is survived by: his wife Ander Jean Sowell; and his daughter Brenda Sheffield. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
