With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beatrice Louise Moates (Chipley, Florida), born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on March 25, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Willie Pitts, Arthur Gill, Frances Kind and Ann Ferris. She is survived by: her children, Annette Sasser and Grover Moates (Alma); her grandchildren, Roy Sasser Jr. (Rita), Kevin Sasser (Hope), Keith Sasser (Angie), Gene Moates and Teresa Fountain; her great grandchildren, Taylor Sasser, Tyler Sasser, Kimberly Moates, Devin Moates, Kera York and Devin Blackwell; her great great grandchild Dominick Chaffer; and her brother William Findley (Maxine). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to your local animal shelter in memory of Beatrice Moates.
