He was predeceased by: his mother Dud Nelson (Flossie); and his siblings, Freddie Nelson and Linda Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Nelson of Flomaton, AL; his children, Zack Nelson (Lacy) of Brewton, AL, Amy Walston (Jeremiah) of Flomaton, AL and Amber Nelson (Dennis) of Century, FL; his brothers, Melvin Nelson of Century, FL and Tommy Nelson of Century, FL; his brother-in-law Randy Wiggins of Century, FL; and his sisters, Terry Campbell (Robert) and Mickie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great- grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
