She was predeceased by: her husband Hally Fowler Jr.; her parents, Herman L. Owens and Esther L. Owens; and her sister Carrie Williams. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Randle (Robert) and Marcus Fowler (Rita); her grandchildren, Janna Bogert and Marc Fowler; her great grandchild Charlie; her sister Linda Burgess (Bob); her niece Karen Rieger (Carl); her nephew Tommy Williams (Michele); and her caregiver Sarah.
