He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Williamson and Ernest O. Rice; and his grandson Jason Pickering. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Jones of South Yarmouth, MA, Deborah Pickering of Milton, MA, Sheila Rice (Steven Jones) of West Yarmouth, MA and Kim Rice-Bogdan (Janos Bogdan) of Santa Clarita, CA; his grandchildren, Joshua Jones, Alicia McCormack, Justin Jones, Krisztian Bogdan, Jarett Jones, Melissa Jones, Jaclyn Bogdan and Jessica Miller (Pickering); his cousin Janice Emery; and his friend Sue Sargent. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
