He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Mark Green, Jo Ann Allison (Jeff), Denise Green (Matt), John Green and Sonya Green; and his sister Judy Johnson Ann Ratliff (Harlan). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
