He was predeceased by: his son Harold Hendricks Jr. of Stroudsburg Pa. He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Karen D. Hendricks-Munoz; his son-in-law Dr. Jose L. Munoz of Richmond Va; his grandsons, Carlos D. Munoz and Daniel J. Munoz; his great grandchild Milagros Rivera; and also, Guillermo Rivera of Wellington, Fla., Peter J. Rivera, James R. Rivera, Carmen Hendricks, Kris Michael Hendricks and Ana María Hendricks of Stroudsburg Pa.
