He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernal Hurley and Ellen Hurley; his wife Dawn Hurley of Bushnell, Florida; his children, DeAnda Bentley (Wayne) of Inverness, Dolores Hurley of Flint, Michigan and Justin Hurley (Charlotte) of Ocala, Florida; his grandchildren, Randi, Trish, Dawn, John, Joy, Heather, Amber, Ryan, Samantha and Thomas; his siblings, Elwood Hurley of Bristol, Virginia and Linda Carpenter (Mike) of Flint, Michigan.; and his son James "Jimmy" Hurley. He was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.
