He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Frank and Virginia Hesters Adams; his siblings, James Adams and Ruth Hickox; and his brother-in-law Eddie Hickox.
He is survived by: his nephews, Clay and Clayton Hickox; his niece Cindy Hickox of Bryceville; his sons, Eddie Adams (Brenda) of Jacksonville and David Adams (Debbie) of Jacksonville; and his brother William Adams of Jacksonville.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Adams' family requests donations be made to Nassau County Animal Services.
