She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Black. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald L. Ramsey (Paula) and Gary D. Ramsey (Judy); her grandchildren, Dale Ramsey, Heather Walker, Lance Ramsey and Nicole Roma; and her great grandchildren, Taryn Ramsey, Siera Ramsey, Noah Roma and Mila Roma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
