With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Ann Folk of Bryceville, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on April 11, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Billy Crews; her husband David Eugene Folk; and her brothers, Donnie James Crews, Jr. and Billy Joe Crews. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Elaine Crews; her children, William (Danielle Crews) and Caitlin Folk; and her grandchildren, Brendan, Chloe and Bella.
