He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Clay of Bryceville; his son David Clay (Edith) of Bryceville; his stepsons, Kenneth Gainey (Charlene) of Keystone Heights and Amos Gainey (Angie) of Callahan; his daughter-in-law Susan Clay of Sellersburg, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Holly Clay of Sellersburg, IN, Hannah Young (Derek) of New Albany, IN, Kiya Stewart (Mark) of New Albany, IN, Alex Clay of Bryceville and James Clay of Bryceville. He is also survived by five step grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
