He is survived by: his wife Hellon Higginbotham; his children, Tony Higginbotham (Stephanie), Cheryl Hendrix, Dot Raulerson (Steve), Vickie Schmick (Herbert) and Michael Lee Stanley (Diane); and his siblings, Francis Hazelbell Richardson, Franklin Edward Higginbotham and Winifred Elaine Higginbotham. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
