He is survived by: his parents, Joe Ratliff and Maria Uresti; his siblings, Shannon Ratliff and Josie Ratliff; his uncle Dusty Ratliff; his cousins, Lannis "Buck" Mock (Shaunna), Megan Curry (Marshall) and Matthew Mock; and his grandmothers, Martha Byng and Maggie Ratliff.
