He is survived by: his children, Linda (Gary Nelson), Patricia (Chris Bernhardt), Henry "Buddy" Mehl of Pensacola and Michael Mehl of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and his brother Robert (Barbara Mehl). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
