She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles King and Anita King; her brother Charles King Jr.; and her husband Earl Gordon Neal. She is survived by: her children, Michael Neal (Leann) and Sandra Hollon; her grandchildren, Jesse Neal (Alexis), Star Lattimer (Adam), Sierra Shepherd (Christian) and Jay Hollon; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Neal, Belle Neal, Rosalie Neal, Adalynn Lattimer, Kitt Lattimer and Rylah Shepherd; and her friends, Mark Hollon, Jim Carpenter and Carmelo Romito.
In lieu of flowers, Patricia would like donations to be made in her name to the Wounded Warrior Project or the American Red Cross.
