In the sacred silence of farewell, Carolyn Sue is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Piper and Mabel Halcomb Piper; and her husband John Durden. She is survived by: her children, Teri Owens (Michael) of Bradenton, FL and Brad Durden (Teresa) of Atlanta, GA; her sister Shirley Pillow of Hickman County; and her grandchildren, Devon, David, Bryce, Riley, Emily and Alana.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Chapel Community Church (51 Jackson Chapel Rd, Wingo, KY 42088). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
