He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Moorman, Joseph B. Moorman, David Francis Moorman, Helen Wenning and Mary Jo Steinhauer.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean; his sons, Thomas "Tommy" Moorman and Timothy "Timmy" Moorman; his grandchildren, Thomas, Jr., Cassandra, Tyrus and Dylan; and his sister Roseann Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
