He was predeceased by: his father John Anthony; and his brothers, Joseph and Larry Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Wagner (Survillo); his son Richard Roy Wagner; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Wagner; his grandchildren, Morgan Wagner, Paige Wagner and Evelyn Wagner; his great grandchild Mason River Wagner; and his siblings, John Wagner (Carol), Janet Coley (Richard), Karen Giquinto (Bobby), Eric Wagner and Christine Cascone (Gene).
