She was predeceased by: her children, Brock and Ashley Smith. She is survived by: her husband Roger Smith of Bonita Springs, FL; her children, Ryan Smith (Angie Fortriede) of Ft. Myers, FL, Adam Smith of Winston-Salem, NC and Reagan Meyer (Luke) of Peterson Heights, IN; and her grandchildren, Brooklyn and Logan Meyer.
