He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hastings and Anne Hastings; and his son Joel Hastings. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his son Ian (Meaghan); his grandchildren, Joseph and Gracie; his sister Joanne Hastings; and his daughter-in-law Charise Hastings.
