Harter; his children, Stephen Harter (May), David Harter (Elaine), Gary Harter (Samantha), Krista Harter, Michele McKenize (Matha) and Lauren Godbout (Jean-Guy); his grandchildren, Carissa, Andrew, Shawn, Brian, Joshua, Elizabeth, Emma, Derek, Cayla, Juliana, Steven, Riley and Caleb; his great grandchild Matthew; his sisters, Maureen Giordano and Anne Gillotti (Philip); his siblings-in-law, Terri Downey (Matt) and Thomas Talarico (Joanne); and his pet Chelsee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
