He is survived by: his children, Lee Skellington-McKusick and Tess McKusick; his mother Lily Bigley; his siblings, Daisy Bolton (Doug Ward) and Wayne Serra (Carrie, family: Paul Serra); his niece Krystle Martin; and his nephew Robert Bolton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
At American Legion Post 303, Elwood served as Chaplin, was a member of American Legion Riders and was involved in many charity events.
