Southwick III (Tracey) of Fort Myers, FL; her husband Claudiu A. Mates; her children, Miguel Menendez of Fort Myers, FL, Olivia Menendez of Fort Myers, FL, Elizabeth Menendez of Fort Myers, FL, Adrian Mates of Fort Myers, FL and Victoria Mates of Fort Myers, FL; and her siblings, Shaun Southwick (Marilyn) of Stuart, FL, Dana Estes (Jeffrey) of Bonita Springs, FL, Nicholas Southwick (Tracy) of Mobile, AL, Kristina Southwick of Fort Myers, FL, Michael Southwick (Megan) of Davenport, FL and Andrew Southwick (Gabriela) of Zephyrhills, FL. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Angela Mates Memorial Scholarship Fund for graduating seniors from Bonita Springs High School who are actively involved in HOSA and are pursing a career as a health professional. Contributions can be sent to The Foundation for Lee County Schools, 2266 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 and mark it for the Angela Mates Scholarship or include a note/letter directing the funds to the scholarship.
