He is survived by: his children, Ismael Santiago and Maria Rios; his grandchildren, Elsie Santiago, Sarahann Rios, Anthony J. Rios, Joel Santiago and Selina Santiago; his great grandchild Aaden Palmar; and his daughter-in-law Agnes Santiago.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (22094 Lyons Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33428).
