He was predeceased by: his father James Conrad. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Conrad of Bascom; his sons, Ryan Maloney of Bascom and Christopher Maloney (LeAnna) of Bascom; his sisters, Kimberly Sumner (Billy) of Mt and Ivita Conrad of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Carson and Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
