It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wiley Coulter Jr. (Bartow, Florida), born in Bowling Green, Florida, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Lilia Coulter; his daughter Carmen Merchant; and his siblings, Jack Coulter, Calvin Barber, Robert Coulter, Patricia King, Donald Coulter and Jimmy Coulter.
He is survived by: his children, W. J. Coulter III (Marcia) and Evelyn Rivera; his siblings, Hubert Coulter, Valeria Murray, Martha Lyle and Sandra Boatwright; and his stepdaughters, Suzie Whitener (Bill) and Jeanne McLeod. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
