He is survived by: his wife Faye Sarvis of Bartow; his goddaughters, Amy Cunningham of Bartow and Maria Leon of Winter Haven; his brother Dick Sarvis (Joyce) of Dansville, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Roosa (David) of Arkport, NY, David Mastin of Canaseraga, NY and Jeff Mastin (Lynn) of Victor, NY. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews and many friends.
Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Bartow or Hope Children's Home, Tampa.
