He is survived by: his wife Katherine Black Belcher of Fort Meade, FL; his sons, Joe Luther of Semi Valley, CA, Tom Luther of Sherman Oaks, CA, Butch Willoughby of Long Beach, CA, Jacob Belcher of Fort Meade, FL and Matthew Belcher of Lakeland, FL; his brother Allen Edwin Belcher of Eugene, OR; his pet Henry; and his close friend Moxxi.
