He was predeceased by: his parents, William Patterson and Mary Patterson. He is survived by: his children, Diana Tomlinson, Elita Tomlinson, Debra Stewart, Charlotte Patterson, Trina Campbell, Tina Patterson, William Patterson, Butch Patterson and Benny Patterson; and his sister Lila Mae Milam. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
