He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Allen and Beatrice Allen (Handley); and his siblings, Wynelle Allen Deloney and Howard Allen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Adkison Allen; his children, Donnie Allen (Susannah) and Terri Scarbary (Dean); and his grandchildren, Jake, Josh, Jordan, Anna and Wes.
