He is survived by: his wife Ki Cha Parker; his son Luther (Parker); his granddaughters, Mary Bass (Dave) and Selina Scott; his son Rom Chanthalangsy (Yu); and his brother Douglas Parker. He is also survived by PAPA to his 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
