He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Locke and Thelma Locke; and his siblings, Mildred Nettles, Roy Locke, Jr., Juanita Lowery and Jeanette Starling.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his stepsons, Carl "Ed" Locke, Jr. (Tanya) of Winter Haven, Dr. Jeff Locke (Christie) of Melbourne and Shane Locke (Jessica) of Winter Garden; his grandchildren, Adrienne Locke, Hunter Locke (Brittin), Spencer Locke (Michelle), Meredith Wohlgemuth (Luke), Duncan Locke, Cameron Locke, Jordan Locke and Hannah Locke; and his great grandchildren, John, Annie, Joseph and Grace.
