He is survived by: his wife Gloria of Bartow, FL; his children, Heather of Winter Haven, FL, Artis, Jr. of Winter Haven, FL, Timothy of Winter Haven, FL and Stephen Elijah of Bartow, FL; and his siblings, Theresa Fatherly (Reginald) of Williamsport, PA, Phillip Todd Williams of Atlanta, GA, Michael of Washington, Samuel of Williamsport, PA and Adolphus Carter of Bartow, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
