He is survived by: his father Arthur Maccalla; his stepfather John Brewer; his sisters, Mandy Tedder and Melynda Tedder; and his grandfathers, Arthur Maccalla, Sr. and James Gilder, Sr.. He is also survived by three uncles; five aunts; a slew of cousins.
