With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winnifred P. Wells of Avon Park, Florida, born in Mendon, Michigan, who passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Winnifred P. Wells to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred S. Smith and Zelta May Smith (Wilber); her daughter Betty V. Wegner; her great grandchild Aiden Wegner; her son-in-law John Jeffo; and her siblings, Gela Matthews, Catherine Ackerman, Minnie May Nolen, Fred, Norval, Gene and Victor Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Jeffo of Avon Park, Florida, Bill Wells (Billie) of Sturgis and Herb Wells (Ruby) of Kentucky; and her son-in-law Don Wegner (Joni) of Sturgis. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
